Shipping

  • We do our best to ensure that your shipments are delivered on time but CANNOT guarantee delivery dates. Adverse conditions like weather and local events may delay your shipment, which are out of our control. 
  • Please note that Ground shipping method is not a guaranteed service and that deliveries of packages shipping via Ground method may be delivered outside of your selected delivery date. If you need delivery on a specific date, we recommend using an expedited delivery method.
  • During Summer months, where temps are rising, we strongly advise choosing expedited delivery method – the heat can cause cookie / icing damage

Damaged items

  • Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Report broken or damaged items to Eat Me Cookies by calling or texting (440) 708-6520. You may be asked to provide pictures of the damaged items(s) and/or packaging. Once reported we will be happy to send a replacement or refund you for the damaged product. * photo in original packaging, not yet removed from vacUum sEal bag
